The laser energy can be applied by various flexible fibers and handpieces, which either focus or spread the energy onto tissue.

The endovascular treatment of varicose veins takes advantage of the special EndoRadial Fiber which distributes laser energy in a 360° angle. The homogeneous energy spread ensures a gentle closure of the vein.

Typical proctology applications are:

  • Condylomata

The energy is applied by Bare Fibers with frontal energy emission, in combination with guiding handpieces. The treatment of haemorrhoids and anal fistula takes advantage of the special EndoRadial Fiber with 360° energy emission, to gently seal the vein from the inside.

  • Dissection of lip frenulum

For discus decompression, a thin EndoRadial fiber is inserted to ensure a homogeneous shrinkage.

    Have a frontal spot of energy emission.

    Available in different diameters (e.g.. 300, 400 und 600 µm) which can be used for a broad range of applications.
  • Harpoon Fiber with angled amission

    Have an angled emission of the bundled energy.

    Useful for the tangential cutting and ablation of tissue, e.g. during tumor surgery.
  • EndoRadial Fiber with 360° emission

    Emit laser energy at a 360° ring-shape

    Available with different diameters. Ideal for the endovascular coagulation of tissue, e.g. with varicose veins, proctology or discus decompression (PLDD).
  • Focussing handpieces

    Allow very small spot sizes by focussing the laser energy.

    Useful for precise cutting or selective coagulation of blood vessels.
  • Zoom handpieces

    Allow a variable spot size to create different effects at tissue.

    Useful for the laser therapy of larger surfaces, e.g. for a better wound healing.
